Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation: before item has been dispatched


Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of despatch. You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of that item or to exchange it for a different product, size or colour. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note: 

• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 
• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 

We reserve the right not to refund any used or damaged products or products which are returned later than 14 days after the date of receipt. When returning any items we would appreciate it if you could send us an email to notify us and we recommend that you obtain a receipt of postage from the Postage Office as proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. In all cases, the items returned must be unworn and in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. 

Cancelling an order 
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have it collected at your expense. If you decide to cancel your order with us, you must let us know in writing [email is fine], quoting the invoice number. 

International Orders - Returns and Cancellations 
Due to the longer delivery time in returning International orders, overseas customers should email us before they return any items, informing us of the reasons for return so that this can be logged. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
