May 10th - 16th marks this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week and they have chosen Nature for this week’s theme.
Engaging with nature can positively impact our wellbeing, improve mood and reduce risk to mental health problems. Don’t panic, there are lots of easy ways to bring nature into your everyday - from a short walk outside, gardening to taking care of a plant!
